letting the cat out of the bag

Adoption is now in our plans, if the Lord wills. :)

You can read more here.

Thank you for praying for us. I think this blog could turn into more of an infertility-meets-adoption type of blog. Or it may continue to be a place for me to digest my thoughts as I long to be a mother. The latter is probably more likely. :)

I wanted to tell you Thanks for stopping by my site, I actually have a blog dedicated to IF, which I try to keep separate from my regular one, as I don't really want my "fertile" friends to hear all my struggles, espcially if they may be about them/their kids. I just read all your blog and just want to say you have been through a lot! I know we've prayed about medical versus trusting God, but have definitely felt that he placed us where he did to start medical treatment, personally. We pray and talk about adoption a lot, knowing that for us it's not an either/or - perhaps it could be a both/and? We're not yet ready to pursue it, but I'm DELIGHTED you guys are. I pray your way will be guided by the Lord each day. I have a dear, dear friend who went through menopause before 25yrs old and so has domestically adopted all her 5 beautiful kids - as newborns! She was at the birth or her last girl, imagine that! And for what it's worth, you actually can breastfeed your adopted newborn. :) Anyway, sorry to ramble! I hope you don't mind my watching your adoption journey!
